Upon arrival at Pilote, your vehicle will undergo a full inspection to assess the work which needs to be carried out, we like you to be part of this process to help understand your expectations but also to gain as much information about your vehicle as we can, this will help us throughout the detail and make yours a more bespoke job, rather than a ‘one size fits all’.

We offer a collection and delivery service in our Brian James RT6 Covered Transporter. We will collect from your house carry out the detailing work required and then deliver back so you can keep your car away from the elements particularly in the winter months. We aim to offer a comfortable, stress-free experience whilst your vehicle undergoes its revival. Our upstairs lounge is available for you to relax, enjoy a drink, peruse our library of books and magazines or catch up on the latest episode of Top Gear! Our client workspace is also available if you require a quiet environment to conduct phone calls along with Wi-Fi access to ensure business remains uninterrupted.
